Listing Your Events

FREE submissions of family-friendly events, concerts, seminars, conferences, monthly meetings, classes, etc., are accepted on a space available basis, and are subject to content and relevancy review and editing. Because of the popularity of the events calendar, priority is given to churches, businesses and organizations that make Metro Voice available to their members and customers, because we especially want to support those organizations that support us.

The deadline to submit items to the calendar is the Friday prior to the last Wednesday of the month (our print date) for the print edition. Submissions received between that Friday and Wednesday could still make it into the calendar but are not guaranteed. The online calendar is updated weekly, so if you miss our print date, you can still get in the online calendar.

While the calendar is a FREE service it is limited by space. The paper is supported by advertising which enables us to provide this FREE community service. We offer the lowest cost-per-thousand display advertising in the area. Churches and other non-profits get our lowest rates! You can upgrade your calendar entry for only $29 per month, which will highlight it in blue, both online and in print!
